Wingate+Farquhar were asked to deliver a stimulating workplace environment for the Auckland office of this leading project management company.The unique floorplate of the iconic West Plaza tower in the CBD, provides sweeping northerly views of the Waitemata harbour and tapers down to a strong viewshaft at either end.The space was cleared of the cellular office layout which had built up over the years and re-planned to respect the building’s strong geometry to achieve an interior that enables strong, creative staff interaction and where clients and partners can share and collaborate.
